Courtney Stewart

Courtney Stewart, the daughter of Dr. Stewart, graduated high school and began attending Baylor University when she was only 17 years old. Due to her mom’s influence on healthy eating and her father’s interest in medical supplementation, Courtney decided to pursue a degree in Nutrition Sciences with the intention of becoming a Physician Assistant. While at Baylor, Courtney was named to the Dean’s List and invited to become a member of National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Courtney was encouraged to take a “gap semester” by her parents to ensure that medicine was the priority for her studies. Currently Courtney is serving as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician in Dr. Stewart’s Office as well as serving as the new host of “Coffee with Dr. Stewart”.

Courtney’s interests in her spare time include singing, piano and Competitive Shotgun Sports. Courtney’s faith is very important in her life. She is highly involved in her church groups and activities at Christian Life Austin where she serves on the Prayer and Worship Teams for the Young Adults.

”My entire life I have heard my Dad talk to hundreds of people about what he does and the mysteries in medicine the Lord has revealed to him. I now get to experience God’s work first-hand in how he treats patients. Within this new season of learning, I am excited to be the new host of Coffee with Dr. Stewart and pick my Dad’s brain on all of the new medical topics of today.”
